Lucky Dent – is a 4-chair dental clinic in Nizhny Novgorod, where patients receive effective treatment for their teeth and gums, tailored to their individual needs, requirements and wishes.
The situation BEFORE we started:
The client came to us in early December 2021 through our advertising, but had first looked through our case studies and the video testimonials from other large dental clinics we currently work with.
The project looked ambitious to us (new regions are always interesting), and we decided to launch paid search and targeted advertising across 4 service lines:
- implants;
- crowns;
- dental treatment;
- prosthetics.
What work was carried out for the client?
- drew up a media plan setting out forecasts for the budget and the number of leads to be generated, as well as new patients, taking into account the clinic's internal conversion rate;
- developed landing pages (landings and quizzes) for each service line;
- launched an advertising campaign in Yandex Direct on Search and the Yandex Advertising Network, as well as Master campaigns;
- launched targeted advertising on VK;
- filled in and corrected the business listing on Yandex Maps;
- set up end-to-end analytics via Calltracking to track call conversions and listen to patient conversations.
How the work went, what difficulties we ran into and how we solved them:
The budget was small to begin with, so although we developed landing pages for every service line, for the ad launch we chose the most profitable ones — those where the client had the most video material, photos and reviews, namely implants and prosthetics.
Before launching advertising we usually set the expected average cost per lead at around ₽2,500, but in the case of the Lucky Dent dental clinic we achieved an excellent cost per enquiry in the very first month:
- paid search — ₽1,700
- targeted advertising — ₽1,500
At the same time, the cost of a booked patient was ₽2,900, and a patient in the chair cost ₽11,000 on average.
What results did we get in the end?
The client was able to recoup the advertising spend in the very first month of work, which does not happen often with paid traffic.
It also played a big part that the clinic already had an established workflow in amoCRM, the clinic's receptionists knew how to handle enquiries from paid traffic, and we monitored daily how incoming enquiries were being processed in the CRM system itself and promptly informed the clinic manager whenever we saw a lead being mishandled.
As a result, we gained yet another successful dental case study and continued working with this clinic and with other clinics that come to us on the recommendation of Lucky Dent.
